Michael Roach has enjoyed a 25-year career in commercial real estate finance, middle market M&A and corporate finance. Specializing in business development, he has held senior positions at firms that manage several billion dollars such as; Dabbah Securities (a Safra family office) in New York City, Structured Capital Group (private equity), and Capital Realty Services (a commercial mortgage correspondent and servicer for Ameritas, Symetra, America One, Prudential and American National insurance companies) where he was responsible for originating and underwriting CTL loans.

Additionally, Mr. Roach was Vice President and Senior Loan Officer at Key Bank Real Estate Capital Markets, the nation’s fourth largest commercial real estate lender. As Vice President in the agency lending division, he was responsible for all multifamily, senior’s housing and healthcare loan origination in the southeastern United States region. Over the course of his career, Mr. Roach has completed over $2 billion in both debt and equity executions.
